Two project updates will be presented to the Hays city commission during their meeting Thursday afternoon.&nbsp;

Improvements to 13th Street near the new high school's construction site will be reviewed along with the latest work and regulatory updates for the R9 waterline project.&nbsp;

The commission will also vote on a resolution to start the process of establishing a reinvestment housing incentive district through the state for the planned retiree-focused housing development, The Grove, north of Hays Medical Center. &nbsp;

The meeting begins at 4 p.m. in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.&nbsp;
