A Pennsylvaniaman has been indicted in a Colby bank robbery. A grand jury this week issued the indictment against 67-year-old Timothy Seifert, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Seifert is charged with one count of bank robbery for allegedly robbing the Farmers and Merchants Bank in Colby on October 28th.
After meeting in executive session, the Ellis County Commission approved two pay increases Monday night.
