McCOOK, Neb. - The Hays High boys and girls opened their track and field season at the Leroy Hoehner Invitational hosted by McCook High School Thursday. The boys finished second and the girls third.
The HHS girls had four individual champs. Kamryn McCall won the 100 metes, Arely Maldanado the 1600, Katie Linenberger the high jump and Lilian McGrath the long jump. HHS also won the 4x100 and 4x400 relays.
