HAYS, Kan. - Fort Hays State softball has made a change to its home schedule this week. Instead of playing Colorado School of Mines on both Tuesday and Wednesday, the Tigers and Orediggers will now play a doubleheader on Wednesday only, starting at 1 p.m.
The teams were originally slated to play three games over two days.
The change in the schedule occurred due to Colorado School of Mines' weekend conference series getting pushed to Sunday and Monday due to weather. This allows Colorado School of Mines at least one off day on the backside of playing a four-game conference series.
