Leland F. Miller

Phillipsburg resident, Leland F. Miller, passed away Friday, March 7, 2014 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg, KS at the age of 89.

He was born March 11, 1924 in Phillips County to William & Ella (Dettmer) Miller.

His son, Roger, and grandson, Josh, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey, of the home in Phillipsburg; sons, Steven of Agra and Mark of Dodge City; daughter, Cherie Crain of Derby; brother, David Miller of Lakewood; sister, Charlotte Rahjes of Agra; 6 grandsons and 1 great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 15, at 1:30 p.m. in the St. John Lutheran Church, Kensington, with Pastor Lorna Paulus officiating.  Burial will follow in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Kensington.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5-9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
