BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) - Police in Indiana have now booked a second of John Mellencamp’s sons in a beating case.
Authorities in Bloomington say 19-year-old Hud Mellencamp turned himself in – and was released on bond – yesterday after being booked.
Hud’s 18-year-old brother Speck was booked in the case last Friday – and was bonded out.
The two Mellencamp sons and a third man are charged with punching and kicking a 19-year-old man last month.
John Mellencamp’s publicist has declined comment on the case.
The rock singer lives near Bloomington, which is 50 miles south of Indianapolis.
