I saw a similar run in Chicago about two weeks ago with over 10,000 runners. At first I didnt know what to expect with many of them women coming on and off the Loop train in the morning…but soon found out as I got off the train in the heart of Chicago…that it was something big. As the runners made their way to the finish line, a concert was in the making along with many cans of dried powdered paint thrown amongs the finishers. It looked like everyone had alot of fun. This is something that Hays should do in the coming years. It brings alot of people together for a worthy cause!!!

This was not the first color run in western Kansas. Oberlin had one a few weeks ago and we just put one on in St. Francis on the 15th.
