  • Awesome

I wish Batman was my last name

    • http://hasyspost RD

With a name like that, he should be fighting crimes instead of committing them.

      • aaa

Maybe he was and got caught up in the action

      • Wha?

Maybe the open container was Dick Grayson’s an he’s just taking the heat for it.

        Aka: Robin

  • I’d feel bad…

…but the irony of getting a DUI in a shirt that advertises using a designated driver is kinda hilarious

    • Heh

      Yeah irony can be funny.

  • passin_threw

Dave Lang looks like he just won the Powerball

  • Uncle Thomas

Is Dave Lang the Ellis County…or former Ellis County Jailer?

    • ADM

But then that would make you…wrong. You know, how somebody knows somebody therefor public information is withheld. Get off of your high horse. You only make negative comments towards people, and they are almost always only on police logs, arrest updates, or arrest logs. What makes you think that “holding people accountable” and adding information that isn’t part of the police logs or public information (while said occupation may be, the fact that a criminals “step daddy had to install a new security system” isn’t. You even went after a person who posted a comment that shared the same screen name as someone you had an earlier spat with. Public information, freedom if speech… Whatever happened to minding your business just a little bit? Not everyone needs to know everything about everybody. Some police information is important for public safety and accountability, however, throwing out tidbits of gossip is trite and childish. I fully expect a rude, insulting reply, as I’ve seen you leave for others who disagree.

      • Uncle Thomas

So is he or isn’t he? This isn’t a matter of national security! What makes you so defensive ADM… did I step on your tootsie’s?

        • Uncle Thomas

I love the soft skin of Haysians…so fun to play

          • Tina

U T. Love your work. Entertaining. Thanks

          • Uncle Thomas

Please someone correct me…it is thin skin not soft skin.
I was only probing…I throw a little tid bit out someone feeds on it then I share the bigger picture behind my point.

          • ADM

I just hate know it alls. Good job on you senseless response. Did I get under your skin? 3 replies.

          • Come on

People like you that think they are above everyone are what’s wrong with this town.

        • passin_threw

          Same one

        • dougie

national security? Are you kidding? We have no terroist in hays. Just people busted for fighting with family memebers and some potheads.

      • Frank

        Lighten up, Francis.

    • Hats

Come on, Uncle Thomas, lay off everyone. Can’t wait to see what this brings. I know you have a sore spot for me.

  • What’d he steal?

Eye drops from Walmart? Someone needs to bend Michael Moeder over their knee, and smack that smile off his face

  • Newsie

Reading these arguments is like watching an Amanda Bynes war of words on twitter. One person says something out of concern, she calls them ugly, and then spits insults that have nothing to do with anything. Congratulations, people, you’re a nobody with issues and in denial.

  • wow

Everyone CHILL, maybe some of these people are innocent, maybe not. But WE ALL make mistakes from time to time. If these people are guilty they will pay there dues, and then they will be even with the house. If you wanna get pissed get pissed at what is going on in the goverment, and the IRS, the Justice Department, and so on, and on. They almost never pay their dues, and walk. As the little people we are, we have much bigger fish to fry, get involved, take action. We need to pull together, be part of the solution and not the problem.

    • Wha?

Agreed. Right now I am NOT a fan of the justice dept. expecially after Learning about this whole verizon wireless classified court order to obtain millions of pieces of metadata per day from them. Legal by the patriot act. The terrorists have already won. We give up our personal freedoms in the name of “protection and safety”. Well who’s going to protect us from big brother?
Sad part is I can’t just blame the Bush admin. For this. as Obama seems to be okay with it continuing. Sad days we live in.

      • wow

Well that is kinda what I meant to say, is that our community has criminals, they break the law, they go to court. The court gets the evidence and makes its ruling, and the criminals pay their price if found guilty. Within the upper echilon of our goverment that is just not the case. They plead the Fifth, or can’t recall, or can’t remember. And some of them just laugh at real justice and move on. They are the untouchables. That has to change. It must change. Or our sky’s just get darker and darker. At least the people list in this section are exposed, judged accordinely, and pay their dues and are square once again. But not BIG GOVERMENT. They walk, time and time again, its concerning.
