Kansas Governor Sam Brownback will meet with school and student leaders of three Kansas Regents schools this week including those in Hays as he continues his discussion about the importance of higher education funding. He will visit the campuses of Kansas State University on Monday morning and then on Tuesday stop at Fort Hays State University and the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Salina.
The meetings are part of 11 the governor is attending at Regents institutions across Kansas. He met last month with school and student leaders at Wichita State University, Butler Community College, University of Kansas, Pittsburg State University, University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City Kansas Community College, Washburn University, Washburn Institute of Technology and Emporia State University.
The Governor’s visits will take place:

The Governor also will attend the groundbreaking ceremony for FHSU’s Center for Networked Learning Tuesday morning.
