        • David Alan Dowdell, 46, of Salina, KS, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on April 18, 2013 in the 300 block of West 10th Street on suspicion
          Distribute certain substances in within 1000′ school
          Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
        • Michael Allen Mohr, 35, of Hays, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on April 19, 2013 in the 2000 block of East 13th Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000.
        • Eric Michael Belisle, 24, of Damar, KS, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on April 19, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of:
          Duty of driver to report accident with an unattended vehicle or property
          Leaving the scene of a non-injury accident.
        • Scott Alan Tetlow, 43, of Hays, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. on April 19, 2013 in the 2700 block of Hickory Street on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
        • Caleb Alan Hoft, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 700 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Criminal trespass; Remain in defiance of order by owner.
        • Reed Matthew Tevault, 21, of WaKeeney, KS, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 600 block of Park Street on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
        • Jeffrey Lee Brady, 34, of Hays, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 800 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of:
          False impersonation
          Criminal restraint.
        • Jesse Lee Simpson, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 200 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of:
          Theft of property or services; Value $1,000 to $25,000
          Driving under the influence of alcohol.
        • Alisha Kay Dinges, 28, of Hays, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 700 block of East 6th Street on suspicion of Aggravated endangering a child; Reckless situation to child <18.
        • Dylan M. Irvine Krosschell, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 300 block of West 6th Street on suspicion of Liquor; Purchase or consumption alcoholic liquor or Cereal Malt Beverage by a minor.
        • Kyle James Wasinger, 21, of Hays, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on April 20, 2013 in the 300 block of West 6th Street on suspicion of Unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol or Cereal Malt Beverage.
        • Eric Allen Nelson, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 300 block of West 6th Street on suspicion of:
          Unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol or Cereal Malt Beverage
          Underage consumption of alcohol.
        • James Warren Miller, 23, of Lindsborg, KS, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Disorderly conduct; Fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment.
        • Darren Thomas Nay,, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Liquor; Purchase or consumption of alcoholic liquor or Cereal Malt Beverage by a minor.
        • Lane Alan Barry, 21, of Hays, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of”
          Disorderly conduct; Fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment
          Obstruction of Official Duty.
        • Clayton Levi Schamberger, 21, of Hays, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol or Cereal Malt Beverage.
        • Troy Jack Miller Jr, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol or Cereal Malt Beverage.
        • Michael Edward Henderson, 28, of Hays, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 1100 block of Cody Avenue on suspicion of Violate protection order; Condition of pre-trial orders.
        • Amber Rose Smith, 23, of Hays, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 1100 block of Cody Avenue on suspicion of Violate protection order; Condition of pre-trial orders.
        • Marshall Jeffrey Schlyer, 30, of Hays, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on April 21, 2013 in the 2700 block of Walnut Street on suspicion of:
          Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
          Transporting open liquor or cereal malt beverage.

    How about you go fall off a cliff, Hays. You don’t know ANYTHING about these people minus their problems with the law. God I’m tired of you self-righteous douches on here. Seriously. I understand wanting to keep the community safe, but you’re taking it too far. I hope you get arrested for something minor so I can call you a horrible human being and have some “proof” on it. There are plenty of bad people who never get caught, along with plenty of upstanding citizens who get caught by the law. Just because you’ve been arrested doesn’t make you a bad person. In fact, I feel like you’re a worse person than Jessie.
