SOUND OFF: Is the Economy on the Rebound?

economy-bad-shapeAccording to a new survey, Thirty-one percent (31%) of adult consumers say the U.S. economy is getting better these days, while 39% say it’s getting worse.

The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures consumer confidence on a daily basis, dipped two points on Wednesday to 98.0. Consumer confidence is up two points from a week ago and three points from a month ago.  The consumer index shows little change from three months ago.

    I say it’s improving but the State of Kansas still hasn’t given me a raise in almost 5 years so it must no be. Right?

    I personally, have not experienced or witnessed anything to support the narrative of an improving economy.

    Corporate profits are at record levels. Yet our poor and middle class continue to struggle, while all the money trickles down to China. Why do conservatives believe corporations deserve tax breaks while Americans suffer?
