  • Randi Lauren Dreiling, 21, of Antonino, KS, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on March 22, 2013 in the 3400 block of Vine Street on suspicion of:
    Possession of hallucinogenic drug
    Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • John Matthew Medina, 26, of Hays, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on March 22, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Bryan Lee Jones, 23, of Hays, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on March 22, 2013 in the 2600 block of Fort Street on suspicion of:
    Possession of hallucinogenic drug
    Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jacob Alexander Norman, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on March 22, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Jessika Leigh Meyer, 23, of Hays was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 22, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Clayton Donald Buhrle, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • David Carlos Palencia, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 400 block of West 6th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Dennis Lee Robinson Jr. 24, of Hays, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 500 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Jordan Michael Kuhn, 27, of Hays, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 1700 block of Walnut Street on suspicion of:
    Driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs
    Transporting an Open Container of Alcohol Liquor.
  • David Darrel Williams, 53, of Hays, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 500 block of West 27th Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services.
  • Steven Leon Koerner, 49, of Hays, was arrested 2:36 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 500 block of West 27th Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000.
  • Christopher Layne Billinger, 32, of Hays, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of:
    Criminal damage to property; Without consent value
    Disorderly conduct.
  • Nathan Daniel McGee, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Adriana Flores, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
  • Austin Lee James, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. on March 23, 2013 in the 300 block of West 8th Street on suspicion of:
    Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Nathan Forrest Hilligas, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on March 24, 2013 in the 400 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Marice Louis Watson, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on March 24, 2013 in the 1300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Gabrielle Christine Otter, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on March 24, 2013 in the 300 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
