Phillipsburg resident, Harold J. Kaiser, passed away Friday, March 22, at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, KS at the age of 93. He was born in Phillips County on Feb. 9, 1920 to Herman & Eva (Fink) Kaiser.
His wife, Lucinda, and grandson, Craig Michael Spicer, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Spicer & husband, Michael, of Clay Center, KS; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a sister, Erma Jansonius, of Phillipsburg.
Funeral services will be held Sat., March 30, at 10:00 a.m. in the Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stuttgart, with Pastor Shelly Klingensmith officiating. Burial will follow in the Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery with military honors by Fort Riley.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 – 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with the family receiving friends Friday evening from
5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to the church, the Phillips County Retirement Center, or Phillips County 4-H.
