  • Brannan Robert Lonsdale, 30, of Hays, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on March 18, 2013 in the 200 block of East 25th Street on suspicion of
    Distribute certain hallucinogenic; 3.5 – < 100 grams
    Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
    Use of communication facility in commission of felony drug violation.
  • Joel Davis Byers, 35, of Hays, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on March, 18, 2013, in the 200 block of East 25th Street on suspicion of:
    Possession of hallucinogenic drug
    Possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Gage Allen Stropes, 20, of Ellis, KS, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 18, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000.
  • Michael Christopher Gemboys, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 8:42 a.m. on March 19, 2013 in the 1000 block of East 15th Street on suspicion of:
    Failure to appear
    Failure to appear
    Failure to appear.
  • Christy Marie Leiker, 25, of Hays, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on March 19, 2013 in the 1300 block of Eisenhower Road on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • John Paul Barnes, 20, of Hays, arrested at 2:21 a.m on March 20, 2013 in the 500 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of:
    Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    Possession of Marijuana
    Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Crystal Jean Garner, 35, of Hays, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on March 20, 2013 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Theft by deception; Value < $1000.
