Sprayer Calibration School, Hays

K-State Research and ExtensionFarmers there are lots of choices for spray nozzles, and it depends on what type of pesticide you are spraying for the correct nozzle and particle size. Come learn about the ins and outs of the many spray nozzles, how to better reduce spray drift and how to improve your spraying applications.
On Wednesday, February 13th there will be a sprayer calibration program in Hays at the Ellis County Extension Office meeting room, located at 601 Main Street. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at 12 noon.
Three CEU’s are available for Commercial Applicators and Certified Crop Advisors.
RSVP and a $10 fee are requested by 12 noon on Monday, February 11th, call 785-628-9430, to attend the Sprayer Calibration program in Hays on Wednesday, February 13th, call 628-9430.
