  • Jason Allen Wasko, 30, of Hays, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on January 28, 2013 in the 400 block of West 11th Street on suspicion of domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with a family member.
  • Toby J Rollins, 21, of Hays, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. on January 28, 2013 in the 3300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of possession of a hallucinogenic drug with one prior conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Osiel Infante, 19, of Deerfield, Kansas, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 2500 block of Vine Street on suspicion of:
    • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
    • Aggravated battery; reckless great bodily harm or disfigurement,
    • Domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with a family member,
    • Stalking,
    • Criminal Trespass,
    • Criminal Restraint,
    • Criminal Deprivation of Property and,
    • Criminal Damage.
  • Michael Christopher Gemboys, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 1900 block of Vine Street on suspicion of theft of property or services; value less than $1,000.
  • Jalen Juwan Hill, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 300 block of Dwight Drive on suspicion of purchase or consumption of alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverages by a minor.
  • Gabriella Deann Wallis, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 1900 block of Vine Street on suspicion of theft of property or services; value less than $1,000.
  • Taylor Michael Weilert, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 1900 block of Vine Street on suspicion of theft of property or services; value less than $1,000.
  • Charles Preston Scott, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 300 block of West 33rd Street on suspicion of failure to appear.
  • Lukas Wayne Fairbank, 28, of Hays, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 1700 block of Hall Street on suspicion of theft or property or services; misdemeanor.
  • Nichole Denee Burns, 33, of Hays, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on January 29, 2013 in the 100 block of West 19th Street on suspicion of:
    • theft of property or services; value less than $1,000,
    • possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, and
    • possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Alan Keith Rohrbaugh, 27, of Topeka, Kansas, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on January 30, 2013 in the 100 block of West 17th Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct; brawling or fighting.
  • Landon Beau Schnuerle, 27, of Hays, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. on January 30, 2013 in the 100 block of West 17th Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct; brawling or fighting.
