Wichita Abortion Clinic to Open
WICHITA, Kan. (AP) – The new owners of the former Wichita clinic of slain abortion provider George Tiller say they expect to open the facility during the first quarter of this year with one full-time and two part-time doctors.
Trust Women director Julie Burkhart told The Associated Press Tuesday the clinic will offer comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological health care services as well as abortions. The clinic has contracted with the doctors and has hired most of the nine or 10 people it plans to employ.
Representatives from the Feminist Majority Foundation are in Wichita this week to assess security measures at the clinic. They are also meeting with local, state and federal law enforcement officials and building community support.
I dont agree with abortions, but that is my believe. I hope the medical staff remain safe, as this is a dangerous, and possible hostile situation in the making.
“hmmmm”, what about the lives of the babies that are being killed …. it’s warped that there is more concern for the medical staff than for the babies they are killing. Quite a hypocritcal situation, don’t you think?
This saddens me. They should have left it shut down.

But voilence against a unborn baby does
Allowing these children to be born into a life of poverty, a life of neglect, or a life bouncing through foster homes and cognitively experience it is a form of passive violence. ‘Put them up for adoption!’ That rarely happens, especially with archaic thinking that prevents same-sex couples, single individuals, or unmarried couples from adopting.

Chris you are unwanted at times. I bet you even lived through some things you did not like. Being unhappy is what makes people evil especially children right Chris. You don’t know and wont believe it when I tell you that the people and system you put so much faith in are right now deciding when to end your unhappy pointless life; But you soon will find out just how wrong you are. The people you hate are trying to help you even in your hatred towards them.

Chris, really? Pre-destine the life of a baby? Hmmm, why not just kill babies for anyone earning under a certain income level? Where do we draw the line? Killing babies is murder … no way around that one.
I find it funny that most ‘conservative’ pro-lifers are all about saving fetuses in utero, but once they are born want to cut aid to single mother’s and condemn them for being unchristian.
Our president wants to eliminate certain types of guns / magazines as he stated “if we can save one life we have to try”. But he is perfectly ok with abortion clinics opening up. I wonder if a bunch of kids would write our president about how bad abortion is and we should stop it, would he read their letters to the public?
We really have reached one of the saddest / darkest points in our nation’s history.
So true … what if one or some of those children horribly slain in Connecticut were in a foster home or was neglected at home, would that justify the slaying … of course not … but again … what is the difference between slaying children at 6 or 7 or unborn babies. our country is jacked up, for sure.
Saddest-darkest points? Funny. Slavery? Segregation? Pre-Suffrage? Tuskegee Syphilis experiments?…Pretty dark points back then. Look into some history, makes your current situation a little less dark and scary.
Lets see Chris, our government HELPS planned parenthood perform in excess of 300,000 abortion murders per year, the out of control pornography industry and ease of availability of it on the internet, lets see, oh yes the AIDS epidemic.
Things are just peachy Chris.
And our government helps fund all levels of education, helps low income families, responds to natural disasters, protects our food supply, protects our livelihood, funds science that finds cures for epidemics such as HIV. I’m sure you’re a conservative that touts the ideals of limited government, yet you preach about government CONTROLLING things. Funny. Hypocritical. Ignorant.

When someone presents a conservative christian opinion they are personally attacked with terms such as hypocrtical and ignorant. You forgot the “racist” attack word that is the favorite of our liberal politicians and media. Or were you saving that for you next post.
If you overturn Roe vs Wade. Did you solve the problem af abortion or just sweep it under the rug?
