  • Danielle Rene Pfannenstiel, 27, of Hays, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. on December 20, 2012 in the 3000 block of Barclay Drive on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st Conviction.
  • Cody Lee Ocamb, 21, of Hays, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on December 21, 2012 in the 400 block of East 5th Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear.
  • Jerred Lee Ostrom, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on December 21, 2012 in the 700 block of 700 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear; Possession of Hallucinogenic Drug; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Bruce Allen Shaffer, 46, of Waldo, Kansas, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 700 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st Conviction.
  • Summer Morning Houser, 29, of Plainville, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 1300 block of Ash Street on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 3rd Conviction; Possession of Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Alicia Olivia Austin, 29, of Hays, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 1300 block of Ash Street on suspicion of Possession of Hallucinogenic Drug; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Disorderly Conduct.
  • Jordan Craig Kirk, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 500 block of East 12th Street on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 1st Conviction.
  • Heather Patricia Hilton, 35, of Hays, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear; Failure to Appear.
  • Joseph Alan Sheeley, 31, of Hays, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Theft of Property or Services, Value Less Than $1,000.
  • Christina Faith Seymour, 26, of Quinter, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear.
  • Kenneth Lee Claypool, 50, of Hays, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on December 22, 2012 in the 500 block of East 14th Street on suspicion of Domestic Battery, Knowing Rude Physical Contact with Family Member.
  • Jesse Lee Mauk, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on December 23, 2012 in the 1000 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of Criminal Trespass, Remain in Defiance of Order by Owner.
  • Geneva Alexandra Trehus, 25, of Littleton, Colorado, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on December 23, 2012 in the 300 block of Mopar Drive on suspicion of Possession of Opiate, Opium, Narcotic, or Certain Stimulants; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Noel Martin Rascon-Olivas, 45, of Hays, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on December 23, 2012 in the 700 block of East 12th Street on suspicion of Theft of Property or Services, Value Less Than $1,000.
  • Beatriz Cisneros, 32, of Hays, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on December 23, 2012 in the 700 block of East 6th Street on suspicion of Domestic Battery, Knowing Rude Physical Contact with Family Member.
  • Nathan Daniel McGee, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on December 23, 2012 in the 1500 block of U.S. 183 Highway Alternate on suspicion of Failure to Appear.
