  • Robert Clyde Alvarez, 28, of Hays, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. on July 12, 2012 in the 300 block of West 17th Street on suspicion of Aggravated Battery; Intentional Great Bodily Harm or Disfigurement.
  • Lance Allen Schmeidler, 32, of Hays, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on July 12, 2012 in the 1700 block of Sunset Trail on suspicion of Aggravated Assault; Use of a Deadly Weapon.
  • James Matthew Ehrlich, 31, of Hays, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on July 13, 2012 in the 800 block of Ash Street on suspicion of Disorderly Conduct; Brawling or Fighting.
  • Gustavo Reyes, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 300 block of Milner Street on suspicion of Liquor, Purchase/Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor/CMB by a Minor.
  • Jacob Andrew Zech, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 400 block of Milner Street on suspicion of Liquor, Purchase/Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor/CMB by a Minor.
  • Ashley Nicole Isom, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 1700 block of Main Street on suspicion of Possession of Certain Hallucinogenic Drugs; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Jacey Travis Archer, 18, of Hays, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 1700 block of Main Street on suspicion of Distribute Certain Hallucinogens within 1000′ of School; Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Hosting To Minors To Consume Alcohol; Underage Possession of Alcohol.
  • Jacob Andrew Zech, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 1700 block of Main Street on suspicion of Possession of Certain Hallucinogenic Drugs with 1 Prior Conviction; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Kyle Jon Kuhn, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 3:00 a.m on July 14, 2012 in the 400 block of Milner Street on suspicion of Liquor, Purchase/Consumption of Alcoholic Liquor/CMB by a Minor.
  • Ky Darby Scheibler, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 400 block of Milner Street on suspicion of Unlawfully Hosting Minors Consuming Alcohol or CMB; Underage Possession of Alcohol.
  • Bret Alan Vanderwege, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear.
  • Jake Tyler Hays, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 100 block of West 12th Street on suspicion of Possession of Certain Hallucinogenic Drugs with 1 Prior Conviction; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
  • Eric Matthew Roth, 22, of Hays, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on July 14, 2012 in the 100 block of West 8th Street on suspicion of Failure to Appear; Criminal Use of Weapon.
  • Sian Nicole Schaller, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on July 15, 2012 in the 300 block of West 11th Street on suspicion of Liquor, Purchase/Consumption Alcoholic Liquor/CMB by a Minor; Transporting Open Liquor/CMB.
  • Noemi Gutierrez, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on July 15, 2012 in the 300 block of West 11th Street on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence, 1st Conviction; Transporting Open Liquor/CMB.
  • Scott Frederick Pyke, 29, of Hays, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. on July 15, 2012 in the 3100 block of Thunderbird Circle on suspicion of Domestic Battery; Knowing Rude Physical Contact with Family Member.
