  • Christy Marie Leiker, 24, of Gorham, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on September 26, 2011 in the 600 block of East 13th Street on suspicion of criminal damage to property.
  • Travena Marie Haselhorst, 32, of Hays, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on September 26, 2011 in the 1000 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of driving under the influence (third conviction in less than 10 years) and transporting an open alcoholic liquor container.
  • Leon Joseph Haselhorst, 66, of Hays, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on September 27, 2011 in the 1000 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of criminal trespassing; remaining in defiance of order by owner.
  • Elliot Scott Davis, 33, of Hays, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on September 27, 2011 in the 400 block of East 7th Street on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Leon Joseph Haselhorst, 66, of Hays, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on September 27, 2011 in the 1000 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of criminal trespassing; remaining in defiance of order by owner.
  • David Gregory Lee, 25, of Hays, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on September 28, 2011 in the 1000 block of East 8th Street on suspicion of burglary; entering dwelling to commit a felony, theft or sexual battery; theft.
